BRIEF

A joint venture of the some of the biggest names in property, selected us to bring their latest residential project to market in Northcote.

The CH Architects building design would be up against some stiff competition with a slowing residential market and two other similar projects launching around the same time.

WHAT WE DID

We started with research, getting to understand our target market, who were not your typical inner city apartment buyers. Northcote has a spirit all its own. It is a unique social neighbourhood with an enduring tradition of embracing its history, diversity and progressive culture. Culture and community are strong. Art and nature are vital. People matter.

We got to know our market then spoke directly to these people.

RESULT

A fun collage with bright photography, quirky birds, cut out trees and signs of renowned establishments of the area. We encouraged Northcotians to “Live a merri life”, we looked after the environment by printing only on 100% recycled paper and for our digital representation of the project, we were nominated for the 2011 online Create Award.

Oh and enquiry was in excess of 700 prior to launch, 100 per week in the first month and still going strong.
