BRIEF

Upper Lygon is a boutique development in Brunswick East, consisting of only 40 apartments. With two weeks before market launch, the project had no identity and no marketing collateral.

WHAT WE DID

Organising a lifestyle shoot with a local photographer, we captured the unique style of the area in photos of establishments and smiling locals at cafes. The apartments were also sizeable, so that gave us a resolution to position the project as a place with heaps of space.

RESULT

The short-run campaign message was simple but effective; apartments with heaps of space. We created a tone that blended lifestyle with the imagery we captured and delivered all material just in time for the sales team to open the doors to exciting prospects.
