BRIEF

The Hilton South Wharf was Melbourne’s most prestigious property project in 2009. It is located in Melbourne’s newest business and dining precinct, South Wharf.

WHAT WE DID

Extension were appointed to design and deliver the marketing material required to sell the top two floors of apartments. This included photography, copy, design and production of various brochures and expo style displays.

RESULT

Our creative involvement ensured that Colliers International sold all their apartments off market in under a month.
